Brief:

The IT services client wanted to explore options to sponsor and possibly attend events/conferences on behalf of their software development division. They wanted us to come up with a list of events in USA and Canada in the following spaces;

1. Any type of MusicTech conferences. These will be conferences that CEOs, CTOs, Engineering managers and other developers will be attending.

2. AI Conferences - especially the ones in which there will be startups attending from the AI space. Even small entrepreneurs focused events could be worth a try.

3. HealthTech: These events would have attendees of healthcare startups. These even could be healthcare AI-flavored events.

The Report:

1. We were able to pull up a total of 32 events & conferences across the US and Canada for the clients. These events were spread across the above mentioned domains in HealthTech, MusicTech & AI. 

Outcome

With the above researched data, the client shortlisted two events in the US to set up a booth and showcase its services.
